Xyvelan can only be used in combination with Azitrolek if it has been prescribed by the same doctor, or if the prescriber has been informed of what other medicines you are already taking and what additional medical conditions you may have.
Combining these drugs increases the risk of side effects. Both drugs prolong the QT interval and can cause cardiac arrhythmias. Therefore, if combining these drugs is necessary, you should strictly follow the dosage schedule established with your doctor.
