I changed my contraceptives from drovelis to slinde, because in a period of 2 months I had bleeding for about 2-3 weeks with a few days break, after which the bleeding came back again. My gynaecologist recommended changing the medication to Slinde, the bleeding stopped and I am already after the first pack, there was no bleeding while taking the placebo pills, but I started taking the second blister. Is the absence of withdrawal bleeding normal in this case?

A characteristic feature of single-component tablets, to which Slinda belongs, is the absence of withdrawal bleeding. Depending on the body, bleeding can also occur from time to time, it can occur with different frequency, its intensity may be lower or limited only to spotting.
Drovelis is a two-component contraceptive, while Slinda is, as I mentioned above, a single-component contraceptive. If you switch from Drovelis to Slinda, to maintain contraceptive protection, take the first tablet the day after the last active tablet of Drovelis, skipping 4 placebo tablets. You can also take Slinda the day after you have taken your last Drovelis tablet (which is a placebo pill), but then you will need to use additional barrier contraceptive protection (e.g. a condom) for the next 7 days. If you have done the right thing and use the medicine regularly, at a certain time of day, there is no reason to worry.
If you have any doubts, I encourage you to consult a gynecologist:
