Paracetamol is generally considered a safe painkiller that can be used occasionally in combination with the medications you have mentioned.

Paracetamol is often recognized as the preferred pain reliever for patients taking medications for high blood pressure and heart disease, as it has less effect on the circulatory system than some other pain medications.

Occasional use of paracetamol at recommended doses should not have significant interactions with these drugs. It is important not to exceed the recommended dose of paracetamol, which is usually a maximum of 4000 mg per day for adults.

And can't I sometimes take paracetamol every day with the drugs I mentioned earlier, i.e. Bewim, Piramil, Nedal Polocard and Ezehron Duo? Thank you for the answers and best regards

No, it is not advisable without consulting a doctor. Given that most of the drugs mentioned in the question are used to treat cardiovascular diseases, and Mel is an NSAID, there is a potential risk of interactions. NSAIDs can affect the effect of antihypertensive and anticoagulant drugs. In such a situation, you should be careful.

Mel may increase the anticoagulant effect of Bewim and cause a weakening of the blood pressure-lowering effect of Piramil.

Due to the complexity of the therapy and the potential risk of interactions, I encourage you to consult with your treating physician before starting to use Mel with the mentioned medications. The specialist will be able to assess your individual situation, taking into account your health condition, the doses of medications and the potential benefits and risks associated with their concomitant use.
