No, it is not advisable without consulting a doctor. Given that most of the drugs mentioned in the question are used to treat cardiovascular diseases, and Mel is an NSAID, there is a potential risk of interactions. NSAIDs can affect the effect of antihypertensive and anticoagulant drugs. In such a situation, you should be careful.
Mel may increase the anticoagulant effect of Bewim and cause a weakening of the blood pressure-lowering effect of Piramil.
Due to the complexity of the therapy and the potential risk of interactions, I encourage you to consult with your treating physician before starting to use Mel with the mentioned medications.
