Is it possible that after a few inhalations of Budesonide you will experience repaid breathing and dizziness?

Is it possible that after a few inhalations of buzedonide the occurrence of repaid breathing and dizziness? I will add that I have such symptoms for two weeks and they still do not go away. Thank you for your time.
