Yes, you can take Actelsar even if you don't have a gallbladder.
The absence of a gallbladder is not a contraindication to the use of this drug. Actelsar (telmisartan) is an antihypertensive drug and its main contraindications include biliary obstruction and bile stasis. Gallstones alone also do not exclude the use of telmisartan.
