Instead of a whole tablet Augmentin 875 mg + 125 mg I took half, when can I take another tablet?
9.99 zł

I have been taking Augumentin since yesterday at a dose of 875 +125. I misread the orders and took half a pill in the morning and half in the evening, and I should have taken the whole one. After how many hours can I take a whole tablet of antibiotic now?
I took half a pill around 11 p.m., so I don't know if I should wait 12 hours or if I can take it earlier.

Take the next tablet after 12 hours, at the agreed time, and from tomorrow use 1 tablet twice a day, as recommended by your doctor. Although the Augmentin tablet has a split line, it should not be divided as it does not guarantee that the medicine is divided into equal doses. If necessary, you can only break the tablet if you have difficulty swallowing it, swallowing two parts of the tablet will make it easier to take.
