When will there be fresh supplies of dried Cannabis Flos THC 20% CBD <1% (ODI Pharma) Jean Guy w tym roku?
9.99 zł

New deliveries of ODI Pharma Jean Guy.

When will there be fresher deliveries of dried cannabis this year? I see the last comment in June that the expiry date of the current batch is only until the end of August this year.

To @druid:

It all depends on the pharmacy, it is best to contact the pharmacy of your choice after receiving the prescription and ask about the possibility of dividing the dried herbs. Some pharmacies only dispense the entire packages, while others easily decide to divide the dried food.

And can you buy less than 10g of packaging from Odi Pharma?

To sum up, from this conversation it appears that we have 2 main problems currently:
1) Ongoing calculation by the GIF of the actual amount of imports. 2) Availability of the production date of the batch to the consumer. If there is any way to refer these problems to the appropriate authorities, everyone would be grateful, if there is any way in which we can favor it through petitions and so on, please also suggest.

To @druid:
Unfortunately, I was unable to obtain such information from the Neuca wholesaler, which is the distributor of the product.

An additional question, then, do we know when this current batch was produced? I'm talking about the loss of THC potency, because I know that after a year it drops by ~16%, another by ~26% and so on, and I also know from experience that supposedly after the expiration date it usually keeps the level for at least six months, so I want to calculate here what the situation is and whether it's worth it.

I'm afraid that the first thing to sell out is the ODI Pharma dried herb currently available in the Neuca wholesaler with an expiry date until the end of August this year.

Ok, so taking into account all the conditions, we should not expect new deliveries from ODI until the end of summer, or maybe even autumn (or maybe a year...)?

Let them change their strategy - if company X has reserved a "license" for 200 kg, and they import 20 kg, then the base should automatically be updated and subtracted 20 kg, not 200 kg and wait 3 months ;/ Do we live in the nineteenth century or the twenty-first century? Where is this computerization? Everyone deals with ideology, and development in the dark...

I understand. Unfortunately, the Chief Pharmaceutical Inspectorate has a statutorily defined time to grant a permit for transport - hence the interruptions in deliveries.

TeHaCjusz (Anonymous, 188.212.135.) 9 days ago

GIF should get to work, because what is it to count how many have entered? So what they have no control over (they don't know what is entering the country?)? Wholesalers do not provide data to the Chief Pharmaceutical Inspectorate?
After all, this is one SELECT from one table - if they don't "know", then let them send the contact details to the database, then I'll write them hehe :)

Unfortunately, at the moment, the dates of new deliveries are not yet known.

Currently, the situation from the previous year is repeating - that is, the permits for the transport of raw materials with medical marijuana have been used up to the upper limit of the limit. The Chief Pharmaceutical Inspectorate does not increase the limit, but counts how many mm actually entered Polish on these permits - usually it is a much smaller amount than on the application - only when it is known exactly how much dried herbs have been delivered, it will be possible to obtain a permit for further transport - in the order of submitted applications. Currently, I don't know what ODI Pharma's chances are for another delivery. Certainly, Aurora and Spectrum dried products are now in the queue (they should appear in pharmacies soon) - but we are still waiting for official information from the wholesaler.

The spokesman of the Chief Pharmaceutical Inspectorate assures that deliveries will be made and applications are being considered.

Nevertheless, now the market has been saturated with dried S-Lab, which expires in July/August this year - then the new deliveries should be somewhat "unlocked".

User questions and answers that provide feedback about products are not verified for the purchase or use of the product. Companies often order anonymous comments to form positive opinions about their products, or negative ones about competitors. Therefore, be guided by the information in the pharmacists' responses in the first place.
