There are no contraindications to combining Mysimba with a drug containing clindamycin, whether used orally or topically. These drugs can be used simultaneously according to the doctor's recommendations, but if you use clindamycin orally, it is worth maintaining at least a 2-hour time interval between taking both drugs.
