Hello! Can I take duloxetine and trittico at the same time? On duloxetine, I practically cannot experience orgasm, they said that if you take it at the same time as trittico, then this side effect will go away, but I'm afraid, because this is another antidepressant.

If both medicines have been prescribed by the same doctor, you can use them at the same time as prescribed. If not, consult your doctor about the simultaneous use of both drugs.
Concomitant use of Trittico with duloxetine may increase the risk of side effects or exacerbate existing side effects, due to the potential to induce excessive levels of serotonin in the brain. This may result in serotonin syndrome, the symptoms of which include, m.in, fever, sweating, increased heart rate, chills, increased reflexes, anxiety, mood changes, loss of consciousness, diarrhoea, (uncontrollable) muscle cramps. These symptoms may or may not occur, it depends on the patient's tolerance to the preparations taken and the doses used, so the individual reaction of the body to the drugs used should be observed.
