Glucophage and Trittico are prescription medications, so you should stick to the dosage prescribed by your doctor. You did not indicate in your question what dosage the doctor recommended. There are no clinically significant interactions between these drugs, so they can be used simultaneously, although it is worth maintaining at least a 2-hour interval between taking them. Trittico, unless otherwise recommended by your doctor, should be taken in the evening before bedtime, and the last dose of Glucophage (the recommended dose is 1 tablet a day 2-3 times a day, during or after a meal, although your doctor may recommend a different dosage) at least 2-3 hours before.

Due to the fact that you did not provide the dosage of prescription drugs, it is difficult to offer an example of taking them during the day. However, I can provide information on how to combine the drugs prescribed by the doctor with other preparations:

Alpha-lipoic acid can increase the effect of oral antidiabetic drugs, so it is important to be careful when using it and take care of regular glucose measurements. Berberine may also lower blood glucose levels. The use of both preparations should be consulted with a doctor, who will assess the safety of their use and possible benefits in your case. Some of these minerals, m.in chromium, can also affect glycemia. If the blood glucose level is not sufficiently controlled and therefore the desire to use additional preparations is derived, you should consult a diabetologist, who will recommend appropriate treatment and, if necessary, adjust the dosage of the preparations used on the basis of full information about your health, the course of the disease and the results of glucose measurement.
