Can Alpicort be used for hypothyroidism and polycystic ovary syndrome?

Can you use alpicort for problems with hypothyroidism (without taking any medication, just an annual check-up) and polycystic ovary syndrome? Are Mercilon contraceptive pills a contraindication?

Alpicort is a prescription drug, so the legitimacy and need for its use in therapy is assessed by a doctor. Do not use this preparation without consulting your doctor.
The use of Alpicort for hypothyroidism and polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) requires caution and adherence to the doctor's recommendations.

If you are unable to consult your doctor, you can use the teleconsultation here: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/telekonsultacja

Alpicort is a medication that contains prednisolone (a corticosteroid) and is mainly used in cases of hair loss, especially in scalp psoriasis. In the case of hypothyroidism and PCOS, especially without pharmacological treatment, special caution should be exercised when using any medications, including Alpicort.

As for the Mercilon contraceptive pill, no direct interactions with Alpicort have been demonstrated.
