Please note that you should not modify the dosage of medications yourself. Any changes should take place under strict medical supervision.
Headache and low blood pressure with a normal pulse after taking Metocard ZK 95 mg may be signs of side effects of the drug. Headache is also listed as one of the possible side effects of Metocard ZK.
It is important not to stop taking this medicine suddenly, as this can lead to worsening of heart disease symptoms and an increased risk of heart attack. If treatment needs to be stopped or the dose changed, this should be done gradually, under close medical supervision.
