Is taking too much of a dose Betaserc can have unpleasant consequences?
Hello, I accidentally took one Betaserc 24mg tablet too much. Normally I take it in the evening, and today I took it after dinner, which I forgot. Can taking a larger dose of medication at once have any unpleasant consequences?:(

If you take too much of the drug, you may experience symptoms such as nausea, drowsiness and abdominal pain. These types of symptoms have been reported after taking up to 640 mg of betahistine (Betaserc).
More serious symptoms such as seizures or pulmonary or cardiac complications have been observed after a deliberate overdose of betahistine, most commonly in combination with other medicines.
