Does it happen that when using Dessette Mono every day I get spotting and bleeding?
Good morning. I've been using Dessette mono for 2 months. The first package was alternated for a few days: bleeding, none. The entire second pack I have spotting and bleeding every day. I have adenomyosis, 36 years old. Does this happen? How long should it take for everything to normalize?

Irregular and frequent bleeding/spotting is the most commonly reported side effect of Dessette Mono tablets. During clinical trials, it was reported in almost 50% of women using the drug.
If bleeding continues to occur very frequently and irregularly after several months of use, you should contact your gynecologist. It may be advisable to choose a different drug.
