Good morning. My period is 5 days late (it was always perfectly calculated and it appeared that way). Negative tests, beta is 2.3. Should I be afraid of pregnancy? Or rather, it is health problems. I also did other tests, they were fine except for iron, which was 200.

Depending on the pregnancy test used, a reliable result can be obtained as early as 10-14 days after intercourse. The most reliable result is obtained when the test is performed on the expected day of menstruation or later. A beta-HCG result of 2.3 mIU/ml indicates no pregnancy. If you have done the tests after a reasonable time after intercourse, pregnancy can certainly be ruled out.
Late menstruation does not necessarily mean pregnancy, it can be caused by, for example, stress, intense training, restrictive diet, fatigue, hormonal disorders. A one-time delay in menstruation should not be alarming, but if it does not occur in the coming days, it is worth considering consulting a doctor. If necessary, the Gdziepolek.pl portal allows you to use teleconsultations with a doctor:

If you have performed the tests earlier than described above, I encourage you to take a morning urine pregnancy test again, preferably ultra-sensitive. Here you can compare the prices of pregnancy tests in online pharmacies and place your order with home delivery or collection at the pharmacy:
