Can I be pregnant?

Good evening, I wanted to ask if I can still be pregnant. I had the 21 June GV and my last period was on the 26 May. I did a blood analysis on July 2nd, it was negative 0.2 HCG-beta and I did pregnancy tests a few days ago were negative. Can implantation still take place, I did everything too early, didn't I? I thank you in advance.

Given the information you have provided, it is highly unlikely that you will be pregnant.

The last menstrual period was on May 26, and sexual intercourse took place on June 21. This means that about 26 days have passed from the last menstrual period to intercourse.

Implantation usually occurs 6-12 days after fertilization. In your case, even assuming late ovulation, the implantation should have taken place by the end of June or the beginning of July.

A blood test for HCG-beta performed on July 2 (11 days after intercourse) showed a result of 0.2, which is considered negative. Blood tests for HCG are very sensitive and can usually detect pregnancy as early as 7-10 days after conception. A test performed 11 days after intercourse should have detected pregnancy if it had occurred.

With all of this in mind, it is unlikely that implantation will ever happen. The tests were not done too early - on the contrary, they were carried out in a timely manner to detect a possible pregnancy.

If you have doubts about this situation, it is always worth consulting a doctor who can provide more personalized advice. If you are not able to make a face-to-face visit, I attach a link to the online teleconsultation:
