Good morning
Today I was prescribed the antibiotic AzitroLEK 500 mg in the recommendation to take it for 3 days.
I would like to ask if taking the Slinda contraceptive pill is enough for me to protect myself with additional barrier contraception during antibiotic therapy and 7 days after it?
Will the protection against pregnancy return after these 10 days in total, in the proverbial 99.7%?

Yes, it is enough to protect yourself throughout the period of using the antibiotic and for 7 days after stopping taking it. The risk of reducing the effectiveness of hormonal contraception during the use of azithromycin (the active substance in Azitrolek) is very low, therefore this is a very hypothetical situation and this effect is purely prophylactic. Nevertheless, these are top-down recommendations for combining antibiotics with contraception, so it is worth following these recommendations.
