Some vitamin components are found in both Vitabella and Normatabs. You can use both products at the same time, but I suggest taking fewer capsules per day than indicated in the leaflet. E.g. 2 tablets of Normatabs and 1 capsule of Vitabella, or vice versa (or 1 capsule/tablet of both supplements). Vitamin D can be supplemented regardless of the above-mentioned preparations.
