Is there a replacement for Dalacin C in syrup?

Hello
we got a 75mg Dalacin suspension for the child, unfortunately we can't get it anywhere, all substitutes are in the form of capsules - my 4 year old is not able to swallow them even with food - is there anything else but in syrup? Clindamycin – because streptococcus came out of the throat swab – the doctor confirmed that antibiotics with penicillin are better not 🫣

Unfortunately, Dalacin C in the form of granules for syrup is not available in any of the pharmacies integrated with the Gdziepolek.pl portal, nor does it have a substitute. In this situation, it will be best to contact a doctor who will recommend and issue a prescription for an antibiotic with a different composition and similar effect, available in suspension.
