I have a question. Take Etibax once a day. I'm invited to a wedding. Can I drink alcohol with this drug? Is there an absolute ban? I can't get an answer anywhere.

When using Etibax, there is no absolute ban on drinking alcohol. In general, drugs should not be combined with alcohol. Alcohol abuse and liver disease predispose to adverse drug reactions. In the case of medications whose documentation does not clearly indicate a contraindication to drinking alcohol, occasional consumption in reasonable amounts can be allowed. It is always worth keeping the longest possible time interval between taking medication and drinking alcohol.
The so-called "standard portion of alcohol" is 200 g of 5% beer, 100 g of 10% wine or 25 g of 40% vodka. A small 330 ml beer contains just over one such unit, and an average glass of wine or a 50 ml glass of vodka – more than one and a half units.
