What causes abdominal pain with the drug Ginoring?

Have the Ginoring for 3 years suddenly I have like severe abdominal pain before the period as I used to do in my youth. Why does the ginoring suddenly no longer help against it or is it because my severe iron deficiency was treated by injections and now a heavier menstrual period is noticeable again. Doesn't the ginoring help 100% against menstrual complaints like the pill? Or both at the same time?

The occurrence of sudden, severe abdominal pain while using Ginoring should be consulted with a doctor. A possible cause may be indicated by a doctor after recommending, for example, additional tests. The effectiveness of individual contraceptives in relieving menstrual discomfort depends on the individual. Administration of iron injections does not affect the effectiveness of the Ginoring disc.

Abdominal pain can be one of the side effects of Ginoring, I encourage you to report the occurrence of side effects of the drug. Reporting side effects allows you to increase control over medicines available on the market. We wrote more about how and why to report side effects in the article:
