Hello. I've been taking Bupropion for over a week and I don't know what to do with continuing treatment with these pills because I have terrible constipation after it. I've only relieved myself once for a week. Xenna pills did not help. Even an enema bought at the pharmacy did not help. I've never had this type of problem. Please advise me if I should stop taking the drug or wait ..

Do not stop taking Bupropion on your own. Discontinuation of the treatment may cause the symptoms of the underlying disease (e.g. depression) to intensify.
Constipation is one of the common side effects for preparations containing bupropion. If constipation occurs, you should start by changing your eating habits and lifestyle. It is recommended to introduce physical activity, as well as drink more water or increase the amount of foods rich in fiber.
If lifestyle changes are insufficient, you can use over-the-counter preparations available in online and stationary pharmacies. Preparations used in the short-term treatment of constipation include, m.in:
https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/25435/dulcobis-tabletki-powlekane/apteki
https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/42627/laxol-czopki/apteki
Choosing the online offer allows you to compare prices and order the preparation with home delivery or personal collection at the selected pharmacy. In cities such as Warsaw, Wrocław, Katowice, Kraków, Lublin, Gdańsk, Łódź, Szczecin, Białystok, Poznań and Chorzów, products can be ordered with instant delivery in as little as 1 hour thanks to the Wolt Drive service.
- check if the service is available in your location:

If the preparations used do not bring relief and constipation does not subside during the therapy, I encourage you to consult your doctor again. You can also take advantage of teleconsultation, e.g. via the Gdziepolek.pl portal:

I also encourage you to report adverse drug reactions. Reporting side effects allows you to increase control over medicines available on the market. We wrote more about how and why to report side effects in the article:
