Hello, according to my diabetologist I have been taking Rybelsus 3 mg for 6 months, in combination with Forxiga and Metformin.
I have now been told to switch to Rybelsus 7mg, but I still have 50 tablets of 3mg at home.
Can I take two at the same time and then switch to the 7 mg ones? I'm sorry to waste such an expensive drug....

Use Rybelsus exactly as your doctor has told you. Do not change your dose on your own, and 2 tablets of Rybelsus 3 mg are not equivalent to 1 tablet of Rybelsus 7 mg. Too low a dose of the drug used may reduce the effectiveness of the prescribed therapy.
If you have any doubts as to the legitimacy of increasing the dose of the drug or the possible use of an "intermediate" dose for some time, I encourage you to consult your doctor again. You can also take advantage of teleconsultation, e.g. via the Gdziepolek.pl portal:
