Taking Klabax and Telfexo together may cause and worsen the side effects of fexofenadine, the ingredient in Telfexo. The most common are: headaches, drowsiness, nausea, palpitations. If the medications have been prescribed by different doctors, a consultation is advisable to determine whether the medications can be used concomitantly and, if so, whether there is a need to change the dosage.
