Can I experience side effects if I start taking Ryeqo again after taking a week off?

Hello

I have a question, I've been taking Ryeqo for 5 months, now I have a break of 1 week due to a trip abroad, can there be any side effects, when will I start taking it after this week, or can I wait for my period, but I don't know when I last had it and I have spotting all the time, please give me some suggestions.
Thank you.

The product characteristics state that the first tablet of the drug should be taken within 5 days of the onset of menstrual bleeding when starting treatment. Treatment can also be started on another day of the cycle, but this may cause irregular and/or heavy bleeding.

If you stop taking Ryeqo or return to it, you should discuss it with your doctor beforehand, who would explain how to do it safely.
