Can I return to Symfaxin after a week if I feel unwell after taking it?

I take Prefaxine 37.5, a week ago I was sold an analogue of Simfaxine because my pills were not there, but these make me feel bad, can I go back to my pills again? I can't get to the doctor, she doesn't have free terms, please help, should I go back to prefaxine or is it dangerous?

Yes, you can go back to using Symfaxin again if you feel better after using it. Returning to the original medication will not cause negative health effects. Please note that a valid medical prescription must be presented at the time of purchase.
