Can I take half Elstar 20+5 mg if my blood pressure dropped to 97/70 heart rate 80?

I have a question, I take elstar 20 mg plus 5 mg, did I have a blood pressure and I have 97 out of 70, is it not too low, Can I take half heart rate 80, 80

In such a situation, you should consult a doctor to modify the treatment.

Your blood pressure of 97/70 mmHg is indeed quite low, especially if you are taking a blood pressure lowering drug such as Elstar (olmesartan medoxomil + amlodipine). Such pressure can be considered hypotension, i.e. too low blood pressure. Heart rate of 80 beats per minute is normal and does not cause concern.

Do not change the dosage of the drug yourself without consulting your doctor. Reducing the dose to half may be considered, but this decision should be made by a specialist.

Please remember that too low a pressure can cause dizziness, fainting and general weakness. Therefore, it is important for your doctor to assess your current health condition and tailor the treatment to your individual needs.
