Hello, I've been taking Arketis for two weeks now. For the first week I took half a pill and it was okay. On Sunday I started taking the whole (20mg) and felt worse. Frequent yawning, a strange feeling in my muscles as if I needed to stretch, trembling, anxiety, tension, lack of appetite, distraction. Today is exactly two weeks since I've been taking it and I don't know whether to stay on the full dose or go back in half. Unfortunately, my doctor is on vacation.

Side effects associated with increasing the dose of Arketis should disappear with the duration of treatment, so if they do not prevent normal functioning, it is worth waiting it out. It should also be borne in mind that reducing the dose of the drug may make the treatment ineffective.
The procedure in the described case will depend, m.in on the indication in which the drug is used (you did not provide such information) and the patient's previous treatment history and health condition. Therefore, the decision should be made by the attending physician, who has full information about the patient.
Reporting side effects allows you to gather more information about the safety of medicines and update data on them, which can help other patients in the future. We wrote about how to report them here: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/artykuly/jak-i-dlaczego-zglaszac-dzialania-niepozadane
Adverse drug reactions can also be reported individually: https://www.urpl.gov.pl/pl/produkty-lecznicze/monitorowanie-bezpieczeństwa-leków/zg moose-side-effect-0
