I take 1/2 tablet of Zolpidem 2-3 times a week.
Most often, when I wake up at night and can't fall asleep again, is this already my serious problem?

Taking Zolpidem 2-3 times a week, even at half the standard dose, can be problematic for several reasons:
Zolpidem is intended for short-term use for a maximum of 4 weeks, including a tatration period. Regular use over a long period of time increases the risk of addiction.
This medication should be taken immediately before bedtime, not in the middle of the night after waking up. Taking it at night can lead to drowsiness and impaired concentration the next day.
Long-term use of Zolpidem can lead to the development of tolerance (reduced effectiveness) and physical and psychological dependence. The risk of addiction increases with the duration of treatment and the dose.
Abrupt discontinuation of the drug after a long period of use may cause withdrawal symptoms or rebound syndrome, i.e. a relapse of insomnia. Zolpidem can cause a variety of side effects, including impaired memory and motor coordination.
Given these factors, regular use of Zolpidem to deal with nighttime awakenings could indicate a developing problem. It is recommended to consult this situation with a doctor, who can assess the causes of night awakenings and suggest alternative treatments.
It is also worth considering more appropriate medications or non-pharmacological therapies to treat insomnia, including techniques to improve sleep hygiene and relaxation methods, which can help manage nighttime awakenings without the need for medication.
