Rupafin (rupatadine) is an antihistamine used primarily to treat allergy symptoms such as hay fever and hives. In the available clinical trials and medical literature, there is no evidence that rupatadine directly affects thyroid hormones. However, there is always the possibility of individual reactions to the drug, which may be unusual - it is worth consulting this issue with your doctor.
