Good morning. Due to my increased blood pressure and pulse, the doctor prescribed me sobycombi 5+5. I also suffer from anxiety neurosis and temporarily when I cannot cope with an anxiety attack, I take 0.25/0.5 mg of alpragen depending on me. Can these drugs be taken together? Does alpragen not affect the effect of sobycombi? Thank you in advance for your reply.

The summary of product characteristics does not indicate a risk of a pharmacologically significant interaction with the concomitant use of Sobycombi and Alpragen. If you need to take both preparations, I suggest keeping a time interval between tablets (and it is best to take the medication at a different time of the day). Cardiac ailments can be exacerbated by anxiety/stress, so it is worth discussing this problem with a psychiatrist as well.
