To avoid dangerous interactions that may occur when combining Spamilan with drugs containing tramadol, it is recommended to have an interval of about 2 days between these preparations.
Combining these drugs can lead to concentration disorders or drowsiness, and in extreme cases cause symptoms of serotonin syndrome.
