I've been taking methocarbamol for a week and I don't feel any difference, it still hurts as much as it hurt. Is it supposed to be like that?! Should I patiently take and wait?!

The effect is usually visible in the first days of therapy. It may be worth consulting your doctor and considering changing the dosage of the drug.
According to the manufacturer:
"In acute conditions, in adults, orally initially usually 3 tablets every 6 hours (6 g per day), after 2-3 days the dose is reduced to 2 tablets every 6 hours (4 g per day). Efficacy was also observed with 5 tablets per day (2.5 g)."
