Is Ospamox 4000 mg per day dose suitable for an 82 kg 16 year old?
The doctor recommended taking 1000 mg 2 times two, i.e. 4000 thousand, is it not too high a dose. I will add that my son is 16 years old and weighs 82 kg

This is not the typical dosage of Ospamox. It may be worth consulting your doctor again.
The usual dose is 500 - 1000 mg 2 every 8 hours.
4,000 mg is a daily dose of Ospamox for the treatment of a condition called Lyme disease, or Lyme disease.
