Should I report a menstrual cycle disorder while taking this medication? Metex Doctor?

Hello
I've been taking metex for 8 months, I've always had regular menstrual cycles, the first time (not counting pregnancies) in my entire life, and I'm 39 years old, it's the first time I'm late 8 days late, I'm not 100 percent pregnant, I've read that menstrual disorders can occur, but I don't know if I should consult it with a doctor (gynaecologist ? ) , I have another visit to the rheumatologist in August. Thank you in advance for your answer

With methotrexate, menstrual cycle disorders may occur. It can be irregular, and in some cases, the bleeding may stop.
This is an adverse effect that should be reported to the doctor.
