Does Broncho-Vaxom kill strep throat bacteria? My son is after the first series, but he caught infections. For 4 days it was as if something was happening, a sore throat, a one-time fever and enlarged tonsils. Currently, there are no symptoms except for enlarged tonsils, but my son managed to infect me earlier. A quick test comes out positive.
