After the treatment of cystitis and Gynoflor suppositories, I have a delay in the cycle. So far, I have not consulted a gynecologist, because only 3 days of delay have passed. I took a pregnancy test, they were all negative. Can there be a delay from Gynoflor?

The use of Gynoflor has not been described to affect the menstrual cycle. There can be many reasons for the lack of bleeding, e.g. infection - in your case, cystitis.
If you do not experience bleeding in the next 2 weeks, it is worth consulting a doctor.
