The manufacturer recommends the following dosage: "The soft capsule should be swallowed whole, after a meal, with an adequate amount of liquid."

It may be advisable to consult a doctor and expand the diagnosis. The product should alleviate pollakiuria, not intensify it, so it is worth consulting a urologist.
