Is the detection of Helicobacter pylori in the blood grounds for initiation of treatment with the medicine? Pylera?

Hello

A blood test revealed the presence of Helicobacter pylori. My doctor prescribed the Pylera treatment.

Is this enough to start this treatment or do I need to perform another type of diagnosis to confirm the presence of the bacteria?

Performing a blood test is one of the ways to determine Helicobacter pylori infection. It may be the basis for starting treatment with Pylera. We wrote more about Helicobacter pylori infections, including other diagnostic tests, in the article:
