Can I use Maxigra pills while taking hypertension medications: Nebilet, Valsacor, Nonpres, Torsemed and Amlopin?

Good morning.
I am undergoing treatment for hypertension, the doctor has prescribed me a lot of medications after which I have erection problems, these are Nebilet, Valsacor, Nonpres, Torsemed and amlopin, can I use Maxigra pills while taking such drugs. Please answer

If you have erection problems caused by high blood pressure medications (Nebilet, Valsacor, Nonpres, Torsemed and Amlopin), you should consult your doctor before using Maxigra pills (sildenafil).

Please note that some hypertension medications (here Nebilet, Valsacor, Torsemed and Amlopin) may have interactions with sildenafil, which can lead to serious health problems such as sudden drops in blood pressure.
