How long does it take for the drug to work Paxtin?

If I feel good after 1/4 of Paxtin, should I gradually get to the whole pill or should I stay on 1/4? Or maybe 1/4 will simply be insufficient after some time and I will have to increase the dose? Thank you in advance for your reply.

According to the information about this preparation, "In most people, the improvement of well-being occurs after a few weeks of treatment. If the patient does not feel better after this time, he or she should consult a doctor. Your doctor may decide to increase the dose gradually (by 10 mg each time) until the maximum daily dose is reached." Do not change the dosage of the medicine prescribed by your doctor yourself.

Paroxetine (the active ingredient in Paxtin) is well absorbed when taken orally. However, steady-state drug levels (stable blood levels) are not reached until 7 to 14 days after starting treatment.

We wrote about whether the drug can be combined with alcohol in the thread: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/opinie-i-pytania/62328/ibuprofen-czy-moge-wziac-ibuprom-stosujac-lek-paxtin

There are no contraindications to coffee consumption during treatment. Caution should be exercised if exposed to the sun, as Paxtin may cause photosensitivity reactions. It is worth using sunscreens: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/kategorie/dermokosmetyki-z-filtrem-przeciwslonecznym

I mean, these are my first medications and I don't really know what to expect and how it is all supposed to work. I don't know if it's a placebo effect or if I really feel good. Before that, I spent a month on obsessiveness and barely started the drug and improvement. I feel the action, but is it supposed to be like that? This action will calm down, so do you have to get to 1 whole or not necessarily? I'm also wondering what about coffee, sun and ibuprofrenen (because it's the only thing that works on me effectively when something hurts). Is there something that can't be done?
