Hello
After having followed a first treatment (aldara) which aggravated the situation with an increase in the number and size of condylomas, the doctor prescribed condylin. I am at two and a half days of treatment and all the condylomas under the labia majora have become very white, the 2 small "cauliflowers" above the lips have not changed their appearance. Is this positive?

The changes you describe after using Condyline are a typical effect of this drug and may indicate its effectiveness in the treatment of genital warts.
Whitening of lesions under the labia majora is usually a positive sign, indicating that the drug is working and destroying infected cells. This is a normal process during treatment with Condyline. The fact that two small lesions above the lips did not change the appearance does not have to be a cause for concern. Different lesions may respond to treatment at different rates, depending on their size, location, and stage of development.
Keep in mind that a full course of Condyline treatment typically lasts longer than 2-3 days. It is normally used for 3 days, followed by a 4-day break. This cycle can be repeated up to 4 times.
It is important to continue treatment as directed by your doctor and not stop it prematurely, even if you notice improvement. If you have any doubts or worrying symptoms, consult your attending physician.
Please remember that treatment of genital warts may take time and patience. The response to treatment can vary from patient to patient, and sometimes several treatments are needed before the desired effect is achieved.
If you have doubts about this situation, it is always worth consulting a doctor who can provide more personalized advice. If you are not able to make a face-to-face visit, I attach a link to the online teleconsultation:
