Yes, you can drink coffee and tea while using tinidazole. There are no direct interactions between tinidazole and caffeine, which is present in both coffee and tea. However, it is worth remembering that tinidazole can cause some side effects, such as nausea, headaches or dizziness, and caffeine in large amounts can exacerbate some of these symptoms. Therefore, moderate consumption of caffeinated beverages is recommended.

It is also important to avoid alcohol consumption during treatment with tinidazole and for at least 72 hours after stopping treatment.
