Can you combine Moclobemide and Paroxetine?

From 5 weeks I have been taking paroxinor 20mg. I have terrible side effects, I am dead. The doctor recommended that I change to MOBEMID 150mg 2x a day. From tomorrow I have to take 10mg paroxinor and 1 x a day of Mobemid, pi wk.2x a day of mobemide. I'm very scared because I read that you can't combine Paroxetine with Mobemide!!

Some clinical data indicate that Moclobymide does not interact with SSRIs, but a few cases of serotonin syndrome have been reported when treated with these drugs concomitantly, so special caution should be exercised when taking both substances. The manufacturers of these drugs advise against such combinations and point to the need to maintain a time interval when changing the treatment procedure. I suggest you contact your doctor to clarify any doubts about the proposed treatment.
