The Inspectorate took into account the lack of authorization of agmatine by the European Commission. The absence of an opinion means that the substance cannot be present on the European market.

Consumption of agmatine supplements is therefore an action on one's own and at one's own risk, as these preparations are beyond any control within the EU. If you are interested in this compound, it is also worth being cautious due to possible side effects, the list of which, given the lack of admission to market trading, is not exhaustive and reliable.

Therefore, it is not possible to refer to the safety profile of the simultaneous use of both preparations, even if the use of one of them is burdened with a high risk.

However, taking into account the fact that oxycodone is indicated for the treatment of severe pain requiring the use of a strong opioid, I would not recommend combining it with agamatin, which also has an affinity for pain receptors and acts as an analgesic. The effect of both substances is therefore synergistic, and due to the limited number of studies, their simultaneous use is fraught with a high risk.
