I've been taking Mysimba for the third week, I haven't lost a gram of weight. Appetite unchanged. The worst thing is that I'm depressed, sad, every problem overwhelms me. Will these mental effects pass?

According to the information contained in the SmPC of Mysimba - the manufacturer recommends that the effectiveness of the drug be assessed after 16 weeks of treatment. If you have not lost at least 5% of your initial body weight during this period, your doctor may consider discontinuing treatment with Mysimba. For patients who respond well to treatment, continued use of Mysimba may lead to further weight loss over a longer period of time.
Bupropion, one of the ingredients in Mysimba, can cause mood changes, including worsening depression or anxiety, and can increase nervousness or irritability. If the effect of the drug on your psyche is so great that it prevents normal, comfortable functioning during the day - I encourage you to contact your doctor to consider an alternative method of treatment, which (perhaps) will bring faster results in the form of weight loss.
