Both Tezeo (telmisartan) and Bibloc (bisoprolol) lead to a decrease in blood pressure, so their concomitant use may lead to a stronger hypotensive (blood pressure-lowering) effect. If both medicines have been prescribed by the same doctor, you should use them as prescribed.
In addition, Bibloc interacts with Formetic (metformin) - it can potentiate the blood glucose-lowering effects of metformin. The bisoprolol in Bibloc may also mask the signs of hypoglycaemia, such as tachycardia, palpitations or sweating. If both medicines have been prescribed by the same doctor or another doctor who had information about the medicines you are taking, you should be careful when using both medicines together - it is best to keep a break of a few hours (at least 2-3 hours) between them and follow the doctor's instructions. When using both of these drugs, it is all the more important to monitor blood glucose levels regularly. If both medications have been prescribed by two different doctors, I encourage you to consult a doctor to see if these medications can be used for you and if you need to modify the dosage.
If you have any doubts, I encourage you to contact your doctor, and if you are currently unable to visit your doctor, the Gdziepolek.pl portal allows you to take advantage of teleconsultations:
