Clindamycin (the active ingredient in Klindacin T) is a topical antibiotic used to treat bacterial infections. This substance is also found in vaginal creams or globules intended for use in the treatment of intimate infections.
Klindacin T has a different form (gel) and a lower dose (1%) than the vaginal cream Dalacin (2%) used to treat intimate infections. Perhaps your doctor decided that this form and dose would be more appropriate in your case.
