Hello, I suffer from bipolar disorder, I was given the drug mysimba, but I read that you can't take it with bipolar disorder, but you can take Ozempic, etc. I think that mysimba is safer

The use of Mysimba in people with bipolar disorder is contraindicated. The substances in the drug can cause affective disorders - such a side effect has been described as "common" - hence it is not a drug intended for people with bipolar disorder.

Ozempic has a different mechanism of action, it is a drug intended for people with type 2 diabetes, but it is true that the preparation is also used in weight loss (the so-called off-lab use, more here: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/artykuly/leczenie-off-label-poza-wskazaniami).
