No herb will work this way. For social anxiety, it is best to avoid society, i.e. go somewhere to the forest or fields. Somewhere in the middle of nowhere.

However, some patients have completely opposite feelings - they experience excitement, heroism, euphoria. Most likely, the reaction here depends on the dose.
